Senior Salesforce Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform development

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and Salesforce integrations

Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance

Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Experience Cloud.

Develop integrations, support data migration, and implement scalable platform solutions.

Follow Salesforce best practices for code quality, security, DevOps, and governance.

Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, QA, and business teams in Agile delivery.

Mentor junior developers and leverage AI tools to improve development productivity.

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
