Role: Senior Salesforce Engineer
Location: Onsite (NY and
 Phoenix, AZ)
Duration: 6+ months

Key Expectations:
· 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
· Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
· Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
· Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and make sound tradeoff decisions between declarative features and custom engineering solutions.
· Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external platforms.
· Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments.
· Ability to critically analyze requirements, identify design gaps early, and challenge incomplete or non-scalable solutions.
· Strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence.

Modern Salesforce Experience Preferred:
· Salesforce Data Cloud
· Agent force / Einstein AI capabilities
· CRM Analytics / AI-driven workflows
· Experience enabling unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and AI-ready data models
· Exposure to event-driven and near real-time architectures
· Familiarity with Hyperforce considerations and enterprise platform modernization initiatives

Expected Leadership Behaviors:
· Contribute beyond story execution and operate as a senior technical leader
· Drive design reviews, PR rigor, and technical documentation
· Mentor junior engineers and uplift engineering quality across the team
· Help drive shift-left quality and scalable engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications
· Experience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
· Strong communication skills
· Experience working with globally distributed teams

Profile We Are NOT Looking For:
· Admin-heavy profiles with limited engineering depth
· Engineers focused only on configuration/ticket execution
· Profiles lacking strong API, architecture, and platform fundamentals
· Tech leads/Profiles lacking current and relevant hands-on experience
