Role summary
A strategic, hands-on Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who bridges GTM leadership (Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations) and technology execution for a U.S. public-sector business. The role owns discovery, requirements, functional specifications and scalable solution design, and configures Salesforce directly rather than handing everything to developers. It also leads change management, release planning and executive communication, and acts as the U.S. bridge to a global business-applications organisation.
ResponsibilitiesRun discovery with RevOps, Marketing Ops and sales leadership; translate business needs into requirements, functional specs and solution designs
Configure Salesforce hands-on: Flows and automation, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Articles, Experience Sites / Communities
Design and support integrations with data-management tools, iPaaS platforms and AppExchange apps
Own release planning, UAT coordination and change management for GTM systems
Present to and align executive stakeholders; operate independently in a remote setup
Coordinate with a global business-applications team across time zones
Must-have5+ years progressive, hands-on Salesforce experience
Deep Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality and architecture
Hands-on Flows and automation configuration
Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge, Experience Sites / Communities
Business-systems analysis beyond Salesforce - at least one of Clari, Gainsight, marketing automation or CPQ
Solid understanding of U.S. federal sales cycles and contract structures: multi-year deal modelling, Base + Option Years, federal ARR/TCV
Executive-level stakeholder maturity
Nice-to-haveSalesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant certifications; Clari; Gainsight; CPQ; marketing automation; iPaaS; MSP contracts; change-management experience.
