+8 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud and an understanding of utility industry processes, systems, and data integration requirements.
Extensive experience in Salesforce solution and integration architecture, with proven responsibility for designing complex enterprise interfaces.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integration patterns.
Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and multiple enterprise platforms, including complex data flows, error handling, and system dependencies.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain architectural decisions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
Open to candidates with Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, with the ability to apply integration architecture principles across different Salesforce environments. However, Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud is the goal.
