Detailed Job Description:
1.Business Requirements & Process Analysis: Work closely with warehouse and logistics business teams to understand requirements, analyze current processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into SAP EWM functional requirements.
2.EWM Process Design: Review and validate end-to-end warehouse process designs covering inbound receiving, putaway, outbound picking, packing, shipping, internal movements, inventory management, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
3.Business-to-IT Integration: Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and the System Integrator, ensuring that the proposed EWM solution aligns with operational requirements. This Business Integrator coordination model is reflected in your existing MMP BI scope.
4.SAP EWM Functional Expertise: Provide functional expertise in SAP EWM processes and support solution discussions involving warehouse process types, PPF, layout-oriented processes, RF processes, and integration aspects.
5.Cross-Functional Integration: Analyze and validate EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and related MM, SD, production and other supply-chain processes, including interfaces with external/third-party systems where applicable.
6.Testing & Defect Management: Prepare business scenarios and test cases, participate in functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate results, document defects, and coordinate resolution with the implementation team.
7.Data Migration & Deployment Support: Support business validation activities for data migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization, coordinating with business and implementation teams throughout deployment.
8.Business Workshops & Stakeholder Coordination: Participate in or facilitate requirement/design workshops, process walkthroughs, solution reviews and Agile project discussions, clearly communicating EWM solutions and business impacts to stakeholders.
9.Training & Change Enablement: Develop or review business-process documentation, user guidance and training materials; conduct SAP EWM process/product awareness and familiarization sessions and support business users through organizational change.
10.Go-Live & Continuous Improvement: Support EWM deployment and warehouse go-live activities, analyze business/process issues during stabilization, coordinate with SAP and business teams for resolution, document lessons learned, and identify opportunities for warehouse-process improvement
