Senior SAP EWM/TM Consultant

Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior SAP EWM/TM Consultant to support our client Johnson & Johnson in Piscataway, NJ. The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle implementations, manage AMS operations, and drive process improvements across global supply chain systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM and TM design, configuration, and implementation in S/4HANA
- Deliver EWM production integration including staging, backflush, and shop floor execution
- Manage TM freight planning, order management, and integration with ECC/S/4 logistics
- Oversee AMS queues, SLAs, and continuous performance improvement
- Collaborate across PP, QM, FI/CO, and external 3PL systems
- Lead global delivery teams ensuring project excellence and compliance
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of SAP experience with deep EWM and TM focus in S/4HANA
- Minimum 1–2 full-cycle EWM and TM implementations
- Strong understanding of integration points, AMS leadership, and SLA-based delivery
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- SAP certification and pharma or life sciences experience preferred
