Senior SAP FICO Treasury Consultant (TRM / S/4HANA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Treasury Consultant with strong expertise in Transaction Manager (TRM) to support end-to-end treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the full treasury deal lifecycle (deal → valuation → settlement → posting), along with supporting core FICO and Controlling processes.
This role will drive implementation, configuration, and optimization of treasury and financial processes, ensuring seamless integration across finance, banking, and upstream business functions.

Required Skills:
• SAP S/4HANA FICO with strong Treasury (TRM) expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
TPM1 (Deal Processing)
TPM60 (Valuation & Accounting)
• End-to-end Treasury Deal Lifecycle Management
• Configuration of Financial Instruments, Product Types, and Flow Types
• Treasury valuation processes (accruals, mark-to-market, postings)
• Integration with FI (GL/AP/AR), Cash Management, and Banking systems
• Strong experience in Product Costing (CO-PC) and/or Cost Center Accounting
• Cross-functional integration (FI-MM, FI-SD)
• Requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• S/4HANA implementation experience (2+ projects preferred)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Profit Center Accounting
• Experience with Electronic Bank Statements, Lockbox, Payments, and Bank Communication
• Credit management, collections, or dispute management exposure
• SAP Certification (FICO / Treasury / RAR / SD)

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support SAP Treasury (TRM) including:
Treasury deal execution using TPM1
Valuation and accounting processes using TPM60
End-to-end deal lifecycle (deal → valuation → settlement → posting)
• Design and implement treasury solutions aligned to business and financial requirements
• Configure financial instruments, product types, flow types, and accounting integration
• Support treasury valuation processes including accruals, mark-to-market, and postings
• Ensure seamless integration with FI, GL, Cash Management, and banking systems
• Lead SIT, UAT, and deployment activities for treasury and FICO processes
• Provide production support and incident resolution for treasury-related issues
• Support and enhance core FICO capabilities including:
Product Costing (cost allocation, pricing support)
Cost Center Accounting (planning, budgeting, allocations)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), and Finance
• Create functional specifications, documentation, and process flows
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, automation, and reporting accuracy

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on FICO Treasury (TRM)
• Proven hands-on experience in treasury transaction processing and valuation
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations (2–3 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of FI integration (GL, AR, AP) and financial processes
• Experience with banking integration, payments, and treasury operations
• Solid understanding of Controlling (CO) including Product Costing and Cost Centers
• Full lifecycle project experience (requirements → design → build → test → support)
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model

Certifications (Preferred):
• SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting (FI)
• SAP Certified Application Associate – Management Accounting (CO)
