Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Consultant with strong experience in SAP FICO and hands-on MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity) implementation/support. The consultant will provide AMS support, troubleshoot production issues, handle enhancements, and support financial processes across SAP Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide AMS support for SAP FICO modules, including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Controlling (CO)
• Support and maintain MBC-related financial processes and configurations.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 production support and resolve issues within defined SLA timelines.
• Manage support tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Work on change requests, enhancements, configurations, and minor developments related to SAP FICO.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment of approved changes.
• Maintain proper documentation for configurations, incidents, changes, and solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• SAP Finance / SAP FICO
• MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on MBC implementation experience
• Strong experience in SAP GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO
• AMS / Production Support experience
• Experience with L1/L2/L3 support
• Incident and Root Cause Analysis
• Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools

• Strong understanding of SAP Finance business processes.
• Experience working in an enterprise production support environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support issues based on priority and SLA.
