Job Title: Senior SAP GRC Security Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 through ZipStaff — No C2C or 1099)
About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a Senior SAP GRC Security Consultant for a global technology services firm supporting SAP security and AI-enabled governance.
You will design, test, and deploy SAP GRC / security solutions and help the client use Joule and BTP on that security stack. This is a 6-year GRC AC/PC seat—not a basis-only admin role and not a standalone AI engineer job.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and analyze SAP GRC and security requirements; write client use cases.
- Design and configure SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy security solutions using Joule and SAP BTP where they apply.
- Align GRC and security frameworks to compliance and organizational objectives.
- Work with AI and delivery teams on automation and analytics inside SAP security processes.
- Deploy and monitor solutions for operation and security compliance.
- Train client teams on new GRC / security functionality.
- Apply current SAP security and GRC practices across implementation, upgrade, or rollout work.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years hands-on SAP GRC / SAP Security.
- Strong SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC).
- Ability to design use cases, configure, test, and deploy GRC security solutions.
- Working knowledge of Joule and/or SAP BTP applied to security or governance (or a concrete plan to apply them).
- SAP security best practices and compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Security implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
- Intelligent automation or analytics on GRC workflows.
- Broader SAP security (roles, SOD, firefighter, emergency access).
