Job Description:- SAP Payroll Configuration & Implementation
- Time Management
- Integration & Interfaces
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design
- Provide solution design, enhancements, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations- Support tax configuration and reporting using:
- BSI Tax Factory
- Handle complex payroll scenarios including:
- Garnishments processing
- Retroactive accounting
- Off-cycle payroll runs
Integration & Interfaces- Support integrations with:
- Time and attendance systems
- Benefits systems (e.g., 401k, insurance)
- Finance/GL (FI posting)
- Manage inbound and outbound payroll interfaces

Strong knowledge of:- SAP HCM Payroll (US)
- Payroll schemas and PCRs
- Wage type configuration
Hands-on experience with:- SAP ECC Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP

Experience in:- Benefits integration
- Time evaluation / time integration
- FI/GL payroll posting
