Job Description
8 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and production support.
- Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and enterprise Cost Management.
- Experience with Omega 365 / OMEGA 365 implementations, rollouts, Hypercare, and stabilization.
- Strong understanding of cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, commitments, and cost allocations.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and SAP integration.
- Support UAT, deployment, cutover, Hypercare, and production stabilization activities.
- Troubleshoot SAP PS, Omega 365, D365, Compass, Data Lake, middleware, and integration issues.
- Validate WBS elements, project structures, settlements, commitments, and cost-management data.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, system integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Lead incident triage, root-cause analysis, severity assessment, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, infrastructure, and support teams to implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Create runbooks, workaround documentation, known-issue documentation, and support processes.
- Act as a functional SME for business users and deployment teams.
- Support training, knowledge transfer, stakeholder enablement, and regional rollout readiness.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is required.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Lake and cloud-based integration architectures is preferred.
- Global/multi-region ERP transformation and rollout experience is preferred.
- PMP/SAP certification is an advantage.
