Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA Architect

Location:Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Employment Type:Contract (C2C)
Experience Required:7-9 years (SAP S/4HANA focus)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Architect, you will lead the technical strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation. Your role includes:

Technical Leadership

• Define and oversee application architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Guide developers on Functional & Technical Designreview, refine, and approve design documents.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management

• Provide expert technical guidance in critical meetings and discussions.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks to maintain project timelines.

Standards & Best Practices

• Establish and enforce architecture standards for development, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code and unit test reviews for high-impact changes.

Team Mentorship & Cloud Adoption

• Mentor team members on modern cloud-native practices (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and independence.

Hands-On Innovation

• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) with hands-on development when needed.
• Drive cost optimization and productivity improvements through technology.

Ideal Candidate:

7-9 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation/support.
Strong background in enterprise architecture and cloud integration.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
