Senior SAP SCEIS Business Analyst

Job Title : Senior SAP SCEIS Business Analyst (onsite)

Position Overview

Lead enterprise business analysis initiatives focused on improving HR and operational processes within a large public-sector environment. This role combines business process improvement, SAP SCEIS expertise, stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, testing, and documentation to support paperless workflow automation and enterprise business operations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders, HR, Security, and Technology teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Evaluate existing policies, systems, and operational procedures to recommend process improvements.

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Support automation initiatives using enterprise document management solutions.

• Create business documentation, support procedures, guidelines, and checklists.

• Develop test scenarios and execute testing to validate business requirements.

• Document recommendations, expected efficiencies, and performance improvements.

• Manage multiple priorities while providing timely status updates to stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot business process issues and recommend practical solutions.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• 6+ years of experience with SAP SCEIS functions and processes

• 6+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

• 6+ years of SharePoint experience

• 6+ years of experience with process improvement and establishing tracking and performance metrics

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from peer level through Director level
