We are looking for a full-time Senior SBA Underwriter to join Summit State Bank team at our Small Business Lending Office in Roseville, CA. This position analyzes commercial and personal credit information from borrowers and guarantors to determine risk involved in lending money to new and existing small business, commercial real estate, and construction clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Perform all aspects of General Contractor analysis and qualification
o Create and maintain budget spreadsheets
o Coordinate draw funding with Loan Ops staff
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A) from four-year college or university and a minimum of six years of commercial underwriting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range: $96,000-$128,000/annually
