Job Description
The Scheduler will: - Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and project timelines using MS Projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that activities stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers and other construction staff to prioritize tasks.
- Identify potential schedule conflicts and propose effective solutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders about project status and changes to the schedule.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and schedule status.
- Maintain records of project activities and document any changes or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Scheduler should have: - 5+ years of proven experience in a Scheduler or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using MS Project / P6
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Desire to grow career in Huntsville
