Senior Scheduler

Guarantee Electrical is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Senior Scheduler to support the successful planning and execution of complex projects. In this role, you'll be the backbone of project timing and performance-developing, analyzing, and optimizing schedules that drive informed decision-making, reduce risk, and keep projects on track. This is not just a scheduling role - you'll serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Legal, and Project Management teams, translating contract requirements into actionable plans and identifying opportunities for recovery, efficiency, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain detailed construction schedules from project outset through completion
• Perform critical path, float, and compression analyses to identify risks and recovery opportunities
• Analyze schedule performance and identify root causes of delays
• Prepare reports, narratives, and insights for leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Operations, and Legal teams
• Implement scheduling standards, templates, and tools to improve consistency
• Provide oversight and guidance to other schedulers
• Capture and apply lessons learned to future projects

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling principles and CPM methodologies
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
• Experience with construction contracts and schedule-related provisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field
