With a growing project portfolio, the firm offers long-term stability and the opportunity to support critical power-delivery projects throughout the full project lifecycle.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6.Support high-voltage transmission and substation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.Integrate engineering, permitting, procurement, material delivery, outage, construction, testing, commissioning, and energization activities.Establish project baselines, critical paths, milestones, schedule logic, and resource requirements.Collect progress updates from project managers, engineers, contractors, construction teams, and utility stakeholders.Monitor schedule performance and identify delays, constraints, risks, and potential impacts to project completion.Perform critical-path, variance, earned-value, what-if, time-impact, and recovery-schedule analyses.Prepare look-ahead schedules, schedule narratives, progress reports, forecasts, and executive dashboards.Coordinate schedules across multiple projects, disciplines, contractors, and utility programs.Review contractor schedules for logic, sequencing, feasibility, and alignment with the master schedule.Support change management, claims analysis, schedule revisions, and mitigation planning.Provide scheduling guidance and reporting to project leadership and utility clients.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
