PDS Therapy is a fast-growing staffing company partnering with school districts nationwide to place allied health professionals. We support schools in 20+ states.

We are hiring a Senior School Therapy Recruiter to help us find and place top-tier therapists, special educators, and support staff in K–12 schools. If you are organized, relationship-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting - we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and place allied health professionals in schools
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build candidate pipelines through outreach, job boards, and referrals
• Match candidates to openings based on skills, location, and goals
• Communicate contract terms and compensation
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to understand hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS
• Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process as needed.
• Occasionally support professionals during active placements
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with both candidates and hiring contacts.

What You Bring

• 2- 3+ years of recruitment experience preferred, 1 year minimum required (School Therapy Experience - Focus on SLPs, OTs, PTs, and Psych- Preferred)
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Strong digital sourcing skills; CRM/ATS experience
• Comfortable working independently
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required in lieu of experience

Pay & Perks

• Salary: $55,000–$60,000
