Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Provide advanced technical leadership within the Global Bioanalytical Quality Technical function through strong expertise in statistical quality control (SQC), analytical method performance, and data analysis.
  • Interpret complex datasets from laboratory results, manufacturing performance, environmental monitoring, and other data sources to identify trends, variability, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development, validation, transfer, and lifecycle management of analytical methods, standards, and control systems.
  • Own and continuously improve SQC programs, including control charting, trend monitoring, and establishment of alert and action limits to support first-pass first-quality (FPFQ).
  • Generate, maintain, and govern enzyme standards and control programs used for global quantification and product release.
  • Partner with site laboratories and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate deviations, troubleshoot analytical or process issues, and recommend scientifically sound corrective actions.
  • Contribute to global product stewardship through method development, knowledge sharing, and transfer of analytical methods that support the safe use and handling of enzymes.
  • Identify and support opportunities to improve analytical technologies, digital tools, and data visualization approaches that strengthen decision-making and data integrity.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues in analytical techniques, data interpretation, laboratory best practices, and quality-minded ways of working.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years, or Ph.D. with 5-8 years.
  • Strong technical foundation in analytical methods such as enzymology, HPLC, spectroscopy, and electrophoresis.
  • Experience with analytical method development, validation, and lifecycle management.

  • Experience supporting standards and control programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across R&D, QA/QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with LIMS, SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.

How Would You Stand Out?
