Job Description
We are seeking an Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Jira, multi-team coordination, and PI Planning, and a proven ability to sustain delivery excellence, maintain operational continuity, and provide transparency across large enterprise programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide structure, governance, and real-time visibility across multiple Agile teams and critical programs.
- Enable agility across workstreams delivering General Ledger capabilities and key regulatory, automation, and capital initiatives.
- Backfill and maintain continuity for teams during Scrum Master transitions.
- Prevent delays that could impact compliance deadlines and planning cycles.
- Facilitate Scrum events, PI Planning, and cross-team coordination.
- Leverage Jira tools for tracking, reporting, and dependency management to drive transparency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Jira expertise, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Jira Horizon and familiarity with Jira Align.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams in enterprise environments.
- Program Increment (PI) Planning experience within scaled frameworks.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial systems or General Ledger initiatives.
- Background in regulatory or compliance-driven delivery.
