Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and self-starting professional to support Scrum board ownership in partnership with the Product Owner. This role requires strong SAFe Agile experience, collaboration across teams, and the ability to ensure work items are clearly defined, validated, and completed according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Scrum board in partnership with the Product Owner
• Create cards and work items as needed within a SAFe Agile environment
• Ensure cards and assigned work are followed through to completion
• Represent the team and their work in cross-team ceremonies
• Vet work items to ensure robust business acceptance criteria are defined
• Vet work items to ensure robust technical acceptance criteria are defined
• Ensure adherence to the Definition of Done and help mature the definition over time
• Partner with upstream and downstream teams to ensure all required needs are met
• Ensure robust test plans are in place and assumptions are properly vetted
• Support testing and validation activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a role supporting the listed responsibilities
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodology
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to bring clarity out of confusion
• Self-starting mindset with curiosity and eagerness to strengthen team performance
• Highly analytical with the ability to dig into cards and topics in detail
• Willingness to be hands-on with testing and validation activities
• Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master certifications preferred
