Title: Senior Scrum Master
Locations: 100% Onsite: Raritan, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50- $57/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Description:

Responsible for managing Data, AI, and Salesforce teams while leading the execution of a large-scale AI transformation program using SAFe Agile methodologies.
Provide weekly status reports to senior business stakeholders, manage project issues and risks, and collaborate with Infrastructure and Architecture teams to finalize solutions in alignment with customer standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and finalize business requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, PI Planning, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring successful program delivery and continuous improvement.
