• Agile Orchestration & Delivery: Lead and coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospective meetings. Manage each project's scope, action items, and timelines to guarantee high-quality software delivery at the end of each sprint.
• Requirements & Use Case Engineering: Bridge the gap between product management and development by gathering detailed program requirements and transforming them into comprehensive, technically structured use cases and execution workflows.
• Team Coaching & Maturity: Guide, mentor, and coach software development teams in Agile frameworks to advance their overall Scrum maturity. Cultivate a highly productive workspace where team members "own" the product.
• Blocker Removal & Conflict Resolution: Shield the engineering squad from external distractions, proactively resolve technical or systemic conflicts, and remove delivery obstacles occurring during the sprint cycle.
• Stakeholder & Backlog Management: Partner closely with Product Owners to groom backlogs, map out dependencies, prioritize incoming feature requests, and act as the centralized point of contact for external stakeholder communication.
## Qualifications & Technical Requirements
### Core Requirements
• Professional Longevity: Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, possessing a strong, verifiable dual profile in Project Management and Scrum Master leadership.
• Domain Expertise: Comprehensive background operating inside the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sector. Prior experience with financial technology systems or transaction networks is highly preferred.
• Mandatory Certification: Must hold a recognized Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SSM).
• Geographical Constraint: Sourcing is focused strictly on local Atlanta, GA candidates. Non-local profiles will be immediately rejected. Candidates must be fully available to complete an In-Person / Face-to-Face client interview and start onsite from day one.
