Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer / SDET with 12+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright/Selenium, Java/JavaScript, and functional testing, with experience building scalable automation frameworks and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright/Selenium with Java.

• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing solutions.

• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.

• Create and maintain reusable automation frameworks and test data management strategies.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and risk assessments.

• Monitor and improve automation coverage, testing efficiency, and quality metrics.

• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and automation practices.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of experience in QA, SDET, test automation, or quality engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium.

• Experience developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.

• Experience with CI/CD and continuous testing practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
