This teamleads the systems and platforms that send all email, push, SMS, and other omni-channel messages and communications to Schwab's valued clients. You will bea key contributor of extending the excellence of Schwab's core digital platformsand experiences, providing Schwab's clients and advisors with key digitalcapabilities. Schwab pushes the boundaries of digital service and digitalexcellence and these teams are at the forefront of creating and delivering thesecapabilities.• You will be part of a larger group called Cross Enterprise Services (CES) whichis focused on delivering consistent, enterprise quality and highly performantshared services for all of Schwab's systems as building blocks for outstandingend-user experiences. Classification: Schwab Internal• Establishing QA strategy and best practices to support continuous developmentand integration• Identifying appropriate testing tools• Build and leverage AI agents for SDLC and deliver with quality• Developing, maintaining and executing manual and automated test suites andreporting test results• Gaining in-depth business knowledge to understand business needs and utilizethe knowledge to identify testing priorities based on scenario risk levels• Holding and facilitating automation and test case reviews with Agile teammembers• Ensuring that validated deliverables meet functional and design specificationsand requirements• Leading tracking, prioritization and communication of defects• Implementing test practices, standards, and processes• Establishing fact-based measures of test efficiency, effectiveness, and productreadiness• Estimating, coordinating, directing testing for multiple products/projects• Providing technical support and maintenance of existing systems• Updating management on QA-related status on projects and overall QA strategyrollout

What you have

  • A university degree from a well-respected academic institution; advanceddegrees in Information management, Computer Science, BusinessAdministration and/or other professional certifications are a plus• 8+ years of relevant experience in systems development life cycle, with strongknowledge of QA procedures and methodologies and automated testing• 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworksand delivery of highly complex projects within the Agile framework
  • 1+ year of Schwab technology domain experience gained as a current or recent contractor or employee

Classification: Schwab Internal• Extensive experience in managing and delivering key test artifacts and maintainthe documentation up to date using tools Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr,Confluence),• Experience building and managing an automation suite with tools such asSOATest, Selenium with Java, Jmeter• Experience testing API's and building automation test suits. Ability to parsenested JSON/ XML.• Experience working on databases like Oracle, mongo DB• Works well with developers to design/analyze alternative technical solutions, testcompleted code and complete a smooth implementation with the businesspartners• Proficient analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills• Experience working in CI/CD environment. (GitHub) One should be able tocreate, modify and execute job from scratch using 'git' as source.• Background and understanding of and message queues and data deliverytechnologies• Experience leading offshore resources• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills• Working experience in the financial services industry is a plus
