Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• 
  
• Utilize NetSuite to support financial reporting, account analysis, and general ledger activities.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and public company reporting requirements.
• 
  
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
• 
  
• Support financial analysis, disclosures, and other reporting initiatives as needed.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Proven experience preparing SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs, for a public company.
• 
  
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and public company reporting requirements.
• 
  
• Hands-on NetSuite experience in a financial reporting or accounting environment.
•
