South Dakota State University (SDSU) is looking for a proactive and organized Senior Secretary to support daily operations and provide key administrative assistance within the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
The McComish Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science combines all aspects of electricity, electronics, hardware and software into one multi-disciplinary unit, offering degree programs in electrical engineering and computer science with minors in computer science, biomedical engineering and software engineering.
This position is located in Brookings, SD.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and program support services, program development for meeting strategic goals, including marketing research data collection, basic data analytics and reporting, fielding phone calls from various constituents (both internal and external), event planning, distribution of correspondence, academic course/room scheduling, working with campus vouchers (purchasing and processing), invoices, policies and procedures in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department.
