The ideal candidate is a hands-on security engineer who enjoys building, deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting security solutions rather than operating solely at the architecture or advisory level.
What You'll Do- Lead security engineering initiatives focused on Netskope and related security technologies
- Design, deploy, and optimize Netskope Private Access (NPA) solutions
- Build and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across cloud and SaaS environments
- Support implementation of Zero Trust security strategies and technologies
- Secure AI-enabled applications, services, and emerging agent-based workflows
- Integrate security controls across identity, cloud, endpoint, and application platforms
- Partner with engineering and security teams to assess and secure new technologies
- Develop scalable security solutions supporting business growth and innovation
- Troubleshoot complex security issues, incidents, and platform integrations
- Contribute to long-term security architecture and roadmap planning
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope
- Experience implementing and supporting:
- Netskope Private Access (NPA)
- CASB
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Zero Trust architectures
- Experience securing cloud environments
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise security deployments and integrations
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with AI security initiatives or AI-enabled platforms
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and AI integrations
- Experience securing machine-to-machine communications and autonomous workflows
- Knowledge of AI governance, AI risk management, and AI-focused data protection strategies
- Experience working with modern identity platforms and security ecosystems
