The Role

We are hiring a Senior Semiconductor Broker to source, sell, and distribute semiconductor components in the independent distribution market. This is a producer role for someone with an established network of supplier and buyer contacts and strong command of semiconductor technologies, market dynamics, and pricing.

You'll own your relationships end to end, from spotting opportunities and negotiating terms to working with internal teams to close cleanly and keep customers coming back.

What You Will Do

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and buyers across the independent distribution market
• Source semiconductor components to meet customer requirements on price, quantity, and lead time
• Negotiate pricing and terms that work for both the customer and the company
• Track market trends, inventory availability, allocation cycles, and emerging technologies
• Develop strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence
• Partner with internal sourcing, quality, and logistics teams for smooth procurement and fulfillment
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What You Bring

• 5+ years in semiconductor brokerage or independent distribution
• Proven track record sourcing and negotiating semiconductor components
• Established network of industry contacts on both supply and demand sides
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and market trends
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market conditions and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or related field
