Senior SEO Analyst

IDR is seeking a Senior SEO Analyst. The role involves managing the execution of SEO initiatives by coordinating with various teams on content direction, topic prioritization, and lifecycle tracking. The Senior SEO Analyst will maintain project workflows and content tracking through project-management tools, combining hands-on SEO strategy with cross-functional collaboration and technical guidance. This position is fully remote, supporting enterprise-level SEO efforts with a focus on technical SEO, data analytics, and emerging AI-discoverability capabilities.

Position Overview for the Senior SEO Analyst:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies for enterprise brands, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with content, engineering, and analytics teams to optimize website architecture, structured data, and content for search visibility.
• Analyze crawlability, site performance, and search metrics to identify opportunities for technical improvements.
• Evaluate and measure SEO and AI visibility performance across traditional search engines and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI.
• Maintain project workflows, content tracking, and reporting using tools like Python, APIs, Google Search Console, and Adobe CJA.

Requirements for the Senior SEO Analyst:

• 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated success leading SEO strategy for enterprise or complex brands.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, APIs, and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with SEO technical practices, including crawlability, structured data, and site performance optimization.
• Knowledge of emerging AI-discoverability capabilities and experience evaluating performance across AI platforms.
• Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; SEO certification is a plus.

Compensation details: $59 – $61/hr
