Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college or technical coursework preferred.Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction, service sales, and productivity goals.Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to explain technical information clearly.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Professional appearance and strong commitment to exceptional guest service.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
