The traditional outside sales model is dying. Sending a dedicated salesperson to a homeowner’s house is an immediate turnoff - people know they are there just to sell.
We are shifting to the Senior Service Advisor model, developed alongside industry pioneers. A great Service Advisor doesn't just force a system replacement; they look at the problem from a distance, lean on deep technical troubleshooting experience, and present honest options.

On-Target-Earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $95,000 (Year 1) | $100,000+ (Year 2 and on)

Guaranteed Base Pay: $1,100.00 Weekly ($57,200.00 Annual Base Guarantee)Uncapped Performance Overrides: Earn monthly commission overrides based on the month-end sales invoice totals generated per truck by the pool of 4 to 5 trucks running under your advisory care:
$25,000 to $35,000 monthly truck totals: 1.0% on total net revenue
$35,000 to $50,000 monthly truck totals: 2.0% on total net revenue
$50,000 Plus monthly truck totals: 2.5% on total net revenue
HVAC Technical Legacy: Solid background as an HVAC Service Technician or Installer for 10+ years. Ideally suited for a veteran HVAC expert.
HVAC Sales Background: Proven experience successfully communicating value and closing HVAC service or replacement options.
Adaptable Mindset: Willingness to bend, learn, and strictly adopt a new call-by-call process, using dedicated scripts and application checklists.
Problem Solver & Servant Leader: A genuine desire to mentor young technicians (our current crew has 6, 2, and 1 year of experience) and help them succeed.
Screening: Must possess reliable daily transportation to Henderson and be able to pass a comprehensive drug and background check.
You will guide a team of 4 to 5 technicians through their days, one single call at a time. By implementing our specialized Home Services App checklist, you will completely change how our techs work. Instead of rushing through 4 to 8 frantic calls a day, your techs will slow down to focus on 3, max 4 high-quality calls per day. You will analyze their findings from the office, review their checklists, and ensure every maintenance customer receives our Air Advisor Test to measure indoor air quality.
With your guidance, technicians won't miss a thing, and you will help them up their average tickets naturally—turning standard diagnostic calls into transparent, comprehensive system solutions right over the phone.
Location: 100% In-Office at our shop (980 North Marshall, Henderson, TX). No take-home vehicle, no field travel, and no extreme weather.
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. You'll arrive at 7:30 AM to review the previous day and prep the schedule before the dispatcher takes over. The phones route to an answering service at 5:00 PM (though expect occasional wrap-ups until 5:30 or 6:00 PM during peak summer spikes). On-call techs handle everything after-hours.
