Summary

Allworth Financial is seeking a Senior Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and deliver exceptional client service within its Walnut Creek office. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping manage account servicing, client requests, onboarding activities, and day-to-day operational support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in financial services operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting advisors in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring 5 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and required documentation

  • Process account transactions, service requests, and client paperwork in compliance with firm procedures

  • Support onboarding activities for new clients to ensure a positive client experience

  • Partner with custodians and internal teams to resolve account maintenance and transfer issues

  • Provide notary services for client transactions when needed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to understand client goals and preferences

  • Assist with operational and administrative activities to support advisor efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role within the financial services industry

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; GED required

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and industry best practices preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Professional, client-service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
