About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead infrastructure project delivery within enterprise data center environments. In this role, you will manage complex initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle-from initial concept and design through to final production and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end data center infrastructure projects across the complete delivery lifecycle.
• Act as the key liaison between cross-functional engineering teams, external partners, and client stakeholders.
• Review high- and low-level technical architecture to facilitate technical discussions, resolve roadblocks, and drive sound solution decisions.
• Coordinate complex hardware/software installations, system integration, and global field delivery.
• Manage project change communications, release management notices, and operational escalations.
• Document comprehensive technical and operational workflows, architectures, and delivery procedures.
• Support project needs during non-standard deployment windows as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GPU infrastructure deployments.
• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) clustering and modern scale-out architectures.
• Active PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project/service delivery management.
• 5+ years of experience in field engineering, customer support, or technical services for hardware and software systems.
• Strong domain expertise in data center infrastructure, enterprise servers, and network equipment.
• Proven track record leading global, multi-region project rollouts with minimal supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
