    **Senior Service Dispatcher / Coordinator – Commercial Service

    **

    Beacon Mechanical Services is hiring an experienced Senior Service Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator in Stoughton, MA to support the daily coordination and execution of our growing commercial service operation.

    This is a highly active operational role supporting multiple service divisions, including Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Services, and Fire Life Safety. Each division typically operates 3–4 field crews, creating a dynamic service environment with multiple jobs, technicians, customer requests, and changing priorities moving simultaneously throughout the day.

    The Senior Service Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator serves as the central connection between our field technicians, customers, vendors, division managers, and internal operations team.

    The ideal candidate has substantial experience in service dispatching or field-service coordination and is comfortable independently managing a busy service board, proactively following up with technicians, communicating with customers, and keeping work moving from initial request through completion.

    This position is well suited for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, takes pride in staying ahead of open items, and naturally becomes the person field teams rely on to keep their day organized.

    **Job Responsibilities

    **

    • Coordinate daily field operations across Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Services, and Fire Life Safety, typically supporting 3–4 crews per division

    • Build and maintain technician schedules in advance based on priority, geography, workload, skill set, and customer requirements

    • Monitor incoming work through Corrigo, ServiceChannel, FieldPulse, email, and other customer platforms

    • Maintain visibility into active, pending, approved, and return work and proactively move jobs toward completion

    • Follow up with technicians throughout the day and before end of day to confirm job status, return needs, materials, equipment, estimates, and next steps

    • Coordinate return visits, vendors, materials, equipment rentals, deliveries, site access, and other execution requirements

    • Maintain proactive customer communication regarding ETAs, job status, schedule changes, delays, and return visits

    • Ensure technician notes, photos, material information, JHAs, and required job documentation are complete

    • Track outstanding quotes, approvals, and follow-up work and ensure nothing remains idle without a defined next action

    • Support field technicians as a primary operational resource for scheduling, scope clarification, site information, and customer requirements

    **Operational Expectations

    • Maintain strong visibility into the service board and the next action required on active work

    • Keep schedules organized and planned ahead whenever possible

    • Maintain consistent communication with field crews and customers

    • Identify incomplete or stalled work and proactively move it forward

    • Independently resolve routine scheduling and service issues while appropriately escalating larger concerns

    • Operate with urgency, organization, accountability, and strong follow-through

    **Requirements

    **

    • 5+ years of service dispatching, service coordination, or field-service operations experience

    • Proven experience managing multiple technicians or crews in a fast-paced commercial service environment

    • Strong scheduling, prioritization, organization, and follow-up skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to manage a high volume of active work while maintaining attention to detail

    • Strong computer skills and familiarity with service-management platforms

    **Preferred

    **

    • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, or facility services

    • Experience coordinating multiple trades or service divisions

    • Familiarity with Corrigo, ServiceChannel, FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms

    • Experience supporting national or multi-site commercial customers

    • Familiarity with JHAs, field documentation, vendor coordination, and commercial service requirements
