Job Summary: Senior ServiceNow Developer

- Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management).
- Execute backlog stories end-to-end, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design and configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and scheduled jobs tailored to risk and compliance use cases.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Implement AI-assisted capabilities within ServiceNow, such as intelligent risk/control mapping, evidence intake, policy support, workflow automation, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Evaluate and implement ServiceNow AI and generative AI features (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search) for GRC/IRM/TPRM use cases.
- Configure solution UI and workflows, including forms, fields, lists, workspaces, dashboards, service catalog, flows, notifications, and events.
- Manage users, roles, groups, and ACLs to ensure secure and appropriate access controls.
- Create, manage, and deploy update sets and import data into GRC application tables.
- Perform functional component testing on GRC workflows.
- Document technical solutions for implemented features and integrations.

### Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience focused on IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules.
- Implementation experience with at least one of: Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, or Business Continuity Management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and actively participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, COBIT).
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Integration experience using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and AI/ML automation tools.
- Ability to design AI-enabled workflows with emphasis on privacy, access control, auditability, and responsible AI governance.
- Familiarity with ACL design, security, and role-based access control on the ServiceNow platform.
