Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (IRM/GRC/TPRM)

Location: Hybrid Altamonte Springs, FL (Local Candidates Only)

Duration: 6+ Months

W2 Contract

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development expertise, experience building integrations, and knowledge of AI-enabled capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise GRC solutions while collaborating with Agile teams and business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development

• ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and TPRM implementation experience

• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting

• REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

• ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search)

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

• Strong experience with IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules

• Experience implementing Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, or Business Continuity

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows

• Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

• Experience configuring Forms, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, Portals, and Workspaces

• Knowledge of ACLs, role-based security, Users, Groups, and Update Sets

• Experience importing data into GRC tables and executing functional testing

• Experience creating technical documentation

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow AI features, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Now Assist

• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows with security, governance, and audit controls

• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and COBIT

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• ServiceNow CIS Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC)

• ServiceNow CIS Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Performance Analytics for GRC dashboards and KPI/KRI reporting

• AI/Generative AI implementation for risk, audit, compliance, or third-party risk workflows

• Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices

• Background in Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, or Compliance

• Experience supporting regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Government

• Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC/TPRM solutions

• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server

• Configure workflows, UI components, security, and automation

• Design AI-enabled workflows following governance and security best practices

• Perform functional testing and support deployments using Update Sets

• Create technical documentation and collaborate with Agile teams

• Support enterprise risk, compliance, audit, and third-party risk initiatives
