Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months

  • This position is in Atlanta, GA. Your consultant is required to travel to Atlanta for their first day for onboarding

Position Summary:
  • Experienced in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support IT service management and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, customizations, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and user guides.
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design discussions.
  • Mentor junior developers and support team technical growth.
  • Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, workflows, and automation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM module.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management/PSDS) module.
  • Experience with ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) module.
  • Experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
  • Other relevant ServiceNow certifications..

Required skills:
  • ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration).
  • JavaScript and scripting knowledge.
  • API integration (REST/SOAP web services).
  • ITSM and ITOM process optimization.
  • ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM experience.
