Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in ServiceNow development and integration. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of platform requirements, dependencies, and impact, ensuring scalable and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer / Workflow Designer
• Experience with Service Catalog, custom applications, and custom tables
• Strong integration skills: REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, third-party integrations
• Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and platform architecture
• Strong debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Asset Management / ITAM
• Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
• Vulnerability Response / Vulnerability Management
• Exposure to APM and other ServiceNow platform applications
• Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across workflows, forms, catalog items, automation, and integrations
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, custom applications, and custom tables
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts before implementation to ensure changes do not disrupt existing functionality or data flows
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and implement sustainable fixes
• Ensure adherence to development standards, governance, security, and performance optimization practices
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and deployment support across environments
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
