We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent. The role requires hands-on experience delivering scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions using ServiceNow best practices, with a strong focus on automation, integration, and user experience. The ideal candidate partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into reliable platform solutions that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and end-user satisfaction.
Responsibilities include developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences; implementing REST/SOAP integrations; supporting releases, testing, and upgrades; and enforcing platform governance and quality standards. The role also provides technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring.

Pay Range There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $108,006.00 - $183,610.00
