    Job Description

    Independently perform analyses and implement data, software, or technology solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Demonstrate technical precision and strong analytical skills. Possess good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure (including servers, storage, network connectivity, and virtualization/cloud environments), and general understanding of data integration and warehousing, and data analysis and visualization tools. Technology Engineers will be aligned to a specific area: Information, Software, Data, or Infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.
    • Analyze and critique results, noting significant variances or deviations from ServiceNow best practices
    • Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues.
    • Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriately modify protocols, as required, to suit the changing needs of our HR business.
    • Understand business gaps and propose technical solutions
    • Demo new ServiceNow functionalities to stakeholders
    • Support HR Acuity case management application
    • Produces and maintains required technical documentation associated with deliverables.
    • Participating in requirement gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests
    • Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of related experience; or Masters Degree plus 5 years; or PhD with 0 year of experience.
    • Experience configuration and/or development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
    • Experience working in an Agile Framework strongly preferred.
    • Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions.
