Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow workflows across Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Finance, HR, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and case/request management.
Build and support integrations between ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday, and other enterprise applications using IntegrationHub, Integration Spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Develop hands-on with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
Manage data mapping, transformation, synchronization, monitoring, reconciliation, and integration exception handling.
Build reusable, scalable solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.
Contribute to ServiceNow architecture, technical standards, governance, integration patterns, and development best practices.
Support Employee Center, self-service, and AI-enabled capabilities including Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in design reviews, testing, deployment, releases, and production support.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, HR, architects, developers, vendors, and Oracle/Workday teams.
Role Requirements
6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
5+ years of enterprise integration experience using IntegrationHub, APIs, Integration Spokes, and MID Servers.
4+ years building enterprise workflows, Service Catalog, portals, and case/request management solutions.
4+ years supporting Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Finance, HR, or Employee Service processes.
3+ years integrating ServiceNow with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Workday.
Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, and API security experience.
Strong hands-on developer who can also contribute to solution design, technical standards, and architecture.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Must be U.S.-based and able to work W2 without sponsorship.
