Job Summary (List Format) Senior ServiceNow GRC Solution Architect
- Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide Cyber Risk Register on ServiceNow for a major transportation client.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to both business and IT units, translating complex cyber risk requirements into scalable, automated ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect and deploy GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) capabilities, including workflows, risk scoring, custom reporting, dashboards, and remediation tracking in ServiceNow.
- Partner with cross-functional business areas, IT leaders, and risk committees to define GRC architecture, present solutions, drive consensus, and ensure effective service delivery.
- Automate and optimize risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation processes by converting business requirements into technical architecture.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with enterprise IT and security platforms, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and auditability.
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design through implementation and post-deployment alignment.
- Provide executive leadership with actionable visibility into enterprise cyber risks, remediation status, and overall risk posture for compliance and audit readiness.
- Align GRC architecture with NIST frameworks to enhance risk visibility, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present to committees, and build consensus across business and IT.
- Preferred: Experience in public sector, transit, or transportation industry, with deep expertise in information management, risk architecture, and secure software development lifecycles.
