Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, experience leading enterprise implementations, and the ability to collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Catalog.
• Develop workflows, integrations, and platform customizations.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and production issues.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST APIs.
• Experience with HRSD modules and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and HRSD Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.
• Knowledge of Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, and App Engine.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
