Role Description

• Own the ServiceNow platform end-to-end, including platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap.
• Drive architectural strategy and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide deep expertise in HRSD, ITSM, portal technologies, and enterprise integrations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to business leaders and CXOs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap.
• Lead solution architecture across HRSD and ITSM.
• Design and architect solutions using Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
• Design, govern, and oversee enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Engage with business stakeholders and senior leadership to understand requirements and provide strategic guidance.
• Define architecture standards, best practices, governance processes, and quality controls.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, stability, and security.
• Mentor architects and developers and drive technical excellence across the team.

• Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with Flow Designer.
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience with ACLs and platform security.
• Expertise in ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
• Strong integration experience with:

  • IntegrationHub
  • MID Server
  • SSO
  • LDAP
  • OAuth

Mandatory Certifications

• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – Must Have
• CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD) – Must Have
