Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect - Raritan, NJ

Role Descriptions:

• We are looking for a senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to own the platform end-to-end, drive architectural strategy, and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in HRSD, ITSM, portal technologies, and integrations, along with strong stakeholder engagement at leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership: Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap.

Solution Architecture: Lead architecture across HRSD and ITSM, including Employee Center / Service Portal / UI Builder.

Integration Leadership: Design and govern enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and CXOs.

Governance & Quality: Define standards, best practices, and ensure performance and security.

Team Leadership: Mentor architects and developers; drive technical excellence.

Core Expertise

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center)

Service Portal / UI Builder

CMDB, CSDM

Flow Designer, JavaScript scripting, ACLs, performance tuning

Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, SSO, LDAP, OAuth

Mandatory Certifications

CTA (Certified Technical Architect) - MUST HAVE

CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD) - MUST HAVE
