We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team on a 100% Remote basis.
Experience Required: 15+ Years Location: Remote Role Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmapÂ
- Â Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirementsÂ
- Â Drive platform strategy, enhancements, and integrationsÂ
- Â Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely deliveryÂ
- Â Ensure governance, compliance, and best practicesÂ
Important Skills (Must Have):
- Â Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
- Â Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Product Ownership
- Â Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Â Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, APIs, MID Server)
- Â Strong knowledge of workflow automation & ServiceNow platform architecture
- Â Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Â Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
- Â Ability to define product roadmap & backlog prioritization
- Â Knowledge of ITIL framework & best practices
Certifications (Preferred):
- Â ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Â
- Â ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Â
