Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer (Performance Analytics & UI Builder)

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer for a contingent resource assignment supporting enterprise-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development—particularly in Performance Analytics, UI Builder, and StreamConnect—and provide consultative leadership across complex, multi-faceted projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult on complex software engineering and ServiceNow initiatives with broad enterprise impact.
  • Lead large-scale planning, design, and implementation efforts in ServiceNow across multiple domains.
  • Review and analyze multi-layered technical challenges, identifying scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, components, and performance dashboards.
  • Leverage ServiceNow Performance Analytics to create data-driven insights supporting business outcomes.
  • Design custom UI Builder interfaces and experiences to optimize end-user engagement.
  • Integrate third-party systems and data streams using StreamConnect and other ServiceNow integration tools.
  • Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate strategically with client stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including hands-on ServiceNow development.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics, ServiceNow UI Builder, StreamConnect.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, compliance, and ITIL/Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and consultative skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and implementation in enterprise environments.
  • Experience developing custom ServiceNow widgets, dashboards, and automation scripts.
  • Background integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and APIs.
  • Advanced certifications such as CAD, CIS-Performance Analytics, or CIS-Application Developer.
