=9 ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, solution design, integrations, customization, and platform governance.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM , enterprise ServiceNow implementations, and technical architecture, along with ServiceNow CTA certification .

= REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture
• Strong ServiceNow SPM experience – Mandatory
• ServiceNow CTA Certification – Mandatory
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and HRSD
• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and governance experience
• Experience with custom application development
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Good understanding of databases, SQL and data modeling
• Experience designing enterprise-scale technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

= KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and drive ServiceNow technical architecture and platform strategy
• Design scalable, secure and high-performing ServiceNow solutions
• Lead SPM architecture and implementation initiatives
• Design and oversee enterprise integrations with third-party applications
• Provide technical direction across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and HRSD
• Lead custom application development and platform enhancements
• Establish architecture, development and governance standards
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, security and reliability
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical recommendations
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to ServiceNow development teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and project teams
• Drive ServiceNow platform modernization and continuous improvement
