Description

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the development, administration, and ongoing enhancement of an enterprise ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will configure, maintain, and enhance multiple ServiceNow modules while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with deep ServiceNow administration experience, strong JavaScript skills, and expertise in enterprise workflow automation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
  • Develop Service Catalog items and automated workflows.
  • Build solutions using Flow Designer.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and implement enhancements.
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements.
  • Create technical documentation.
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain upgrade readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams and vendors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
  • Experience administering enterprise ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong JavaScript experience.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Update Sets.
  • REST and SOAP API integration experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.
